Pratik Nalinikant Das is a Senior Software Engineer at Mindtree Limited with over 5 years of relevant experience in the field. He is a Full Stack Java Developer with expertise in software engineering, Java, SQL, frontend development, Spring, microservices, and web development. Pratik completed his Bachelor of Technology in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from KIIT University in 2018. He started his career as a Programmer Analyst Trainee at Cognizant Technology Solutions in 2018 and soon got promoted to Programmer Analyst after a year. During his tenure at Cognizant, Pratik worked for Storebrand, a leading Sweden and Norway-based insurance and banking solutions provider for around 21 months. He collaborated with a cross-functional team of 8 members at both on and offshore and delivered zero-defect project releases by coordinating tasks and directly interacting with Project Managers, Business Analysts, and Team Leads of dependent projects at both Storebrand and Cognizant end for gathering, refining requirements, and allocating timelines. Pratik is currently working on the Sapiens Technologies project at Mindtree Limited as a Senior Developer for P&C NA Insurance Platform R&D (603), Property & Casualty-US (250). He is responsible for developing REST API's for different pension systems across domains and structured data for efficient use at the front-end. Pratik is a budding engineer and professional who has a lot to offer and simultaneously a lot to learn.
